1. What services do you offer?

I mostly offer web design services, but I also have a wide range of other services related to web design & development.

2. What is the process?

My process is measured in five easy steps. The steps are Contact & Information, Deposit & Contract Agreement, Project Start, Project Finish, and Final Payment & Release.

3. Do you offer web design packages?

I offer several different web design packages. You can pick one from my packages page or mold one to fit your personal needs just by getting started with a free quote.

4. Do you offer custom design apart from a package?

Yes I do! Just head on over and get started!

5. What is valid code and what does it mean for my website?

The term valid code refers to the HTML markup code presented within your website. Sites run much more smoothly on valid code. Read More about it!

6. Will I have direct contact with you while you work on my website?

Yes! I firmly believe in maintaining a personal, hands on approach for all of my client’s website needs no matter how large or small.

7. How soon does work start on my site?

Work will start on your site as soon as I have all the necessary information, the agreed upon deposit amount & the signed contract agreement.

8. How long before you answer my questions?

In most cases I will get back to you within 24 hours unless it is on a weekend or a recognized United States Holiday. In the latter cases I will get back to you on the very next business day.

9. What do I need to send to get started on my website?

Any and all information that I request from you such as important graphic files (if you have any), logins, passwords, software packages downloads, a signed contract agreement and the deposit.

10. Where are you located?

Currently I am located in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States.

11. How long until my website is ready for me?

The length of time that it will take to perform the work on your site will vary depending upon the amount of work & what you have asked for. It may also depend on the status of your web hosting server and whether or not there are issues with it. I will give you an estimate on the time it should take when the project starts. Estimates are not set in stone and can vary if problems should arise. If any problems arise I will contact you immediately and let you know.

12. Will you help me with the content management system?

Yes! I have no problem in helping you get started using the CMS that is installed for your site. I will even offer one on one classes with you via skype for a small fee to help you get well on your way to running a successful website.

13. Do you also perform routine maintenance?

Yes I do. I offer packages as well as custom maintenance requests.

14. Do you code PHP & JavaScript from scratch?

I’m sorry but I’m not a programmer, so I do not offer custom PHP or JavaScript coding. I can make some alterations/edits to PHP or JavaScript were needed.

15. What if I do not use PayPal?

If you do not use PayPal or have a PayPal account you can use your credit card through the PayPal link that I send to you. My account is set up to allow people without PayPal accounts to pay for their project. If you just prefer to avoid PayPal all together then please contact me and let me know so we can work out an arrangement.

16. Are PayPal fees included in my quote?

Yes, they will be added in and calculated along with the rest of the quote.

17. Will you accept money using a bank transfer?

No, I do not accept bank transfers.

18. Will you accept personal checks or money orders?

No, I do not accept personal checks or money orders.

19. What CMS software does 9SixDesigns work with?

I work with WordPress, Joomla, & Drupal software. There are older software packages that I have worked with in the past including PHPNuke, XOOPS, & MediaWiki.

20. What is a CMS?

A CMS is a Content Management System. CMS is a software installed on your web server that is usually in PHP code. This software allows you to easily manage and update your own website without too much input from me.
